The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
We will process your personal data if:
• you have expressly given your prior consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (DSGVO)),
• the data processing is necessary for the fulfilment or conclusion of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (DSGVO)) in which you are involved,
• the data processing is carried out or is necessary on the basis of a legal obligation imposed on us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c (DSGVO)) in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another person(Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d (DSGVO)), or
• the processing of your data is necessary to protect overriding, legitimate interests of us or another party (art. 6 par. 1 letter f (DSGVO)).
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. All employees are obliged to observe data secrecy, among other things.

Server log files
The provider of our website(s) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• browser type/ version,
• the operating system used,
• Referrer URL (the page you have previously visited),
• host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and
• Date and time of the server request.
These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of any indications of illegal use.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Purpose of data processing:
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

Duration of storage:
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.
Possibility of objection and elimination:
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

Contact form
There is a contact form on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this possibility, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data is:
(1) Name
(2) E-mail address
(3) Subject
(4) Message
Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data within the scope of the sending process and reference is made to this data protection declaration.
Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored.
In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.
The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent.
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 exp. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Purpose of data processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us only for the treatment of the establishment of contact. In the event of contact by e-mail, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.
The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those that were sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is finished. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified.
Possibility of objection and elimination
The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case.

Cookies
So-called "cookies" are used on our site. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system. If a user visits a website, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic character string that enables a unique identification of the browser when the website is called up again. These simplify and accelerate the control of your visit to our website. Allowing cookies can be deactivated in the settings of most browsers.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Duration of storage, possibility of objection and elimination:
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our site. Therefore, the user also has full control over the use of cookies. You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all functions of the website in full.

SSL encoding
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties in general.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design or amendment of a contract or legal relationship (inventory data). If personal data are processed, they are only stored by us for as long as the purpose of the data processing justifies. We cannot predict the actual storage period, as the execution and fulfilment of a contract or legal relationship, for example, can take different lengths of time. Since subsequent claims may result from a contract (e.g. in the case of defects), your data will be stored until all possible subsequent claims have become statute-barred.
We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.
Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the credit institution commissioned to process payments.
A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
