On Thursday, April 14. 2011, the TCI Experts Community HCM (Human Capital Management) held its first customer meeting in the Künstlerhaus München. „The house is meant to be a platform for all Munich artists, a center for cheerfulness, advice and the first deed“, this is the wording of the certificate publicly read in 1893 when the Künstlerhaus Munich was founded. The certificate is kept in a wall.
The objectives of this TCI event was to be a platform for discussion of topical and important focus in HR for a selected number of participants, among them entrepreneurs and HR managers. We were happy to welcome 26 representatives from HR and the management of companies of different industries.
5th Anniversary Celebration of TCI On Friday, 25. March 2011
TCI had invited to celebrate its 5th Anniversary in Mannheim. There was a great response and interest to join this „petite“ jubilee. We were happy to welcome about 300 guests – customers, partners, consultants – to the beautifully restored rooms of the almost 300 year’s old Baroque Palace of Mannheim.
In his address of welcome Managing Director Wolfgang Schnober outlined the essence of the TCI success model „Uniting the Best of Both Worlds“: utilizing from the classical consulting organization the topical focus on core activities and the clear orientation towards skills and structured offerings – and self organizing active expert communities from freelance and social networks.
KSA Manufacturing Summit 28.- 29. March 2011
For the first time during its activities in Middle East TCI participated in the international conference called „KSA Manufacturing Summit” as Sponsor. The event took place in Al Khobar, one of the important industrial cities in the east of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nearby one can find also very large oil production sites. TCI as sponsor was represented as well in the summit’s brochures as well as in the corresponding internet pages.
Wolfgang Hellriegel, Managing Partner, and Bernhard Kuehner, Executive Partner, were representing TCI with a booth, having a good chance to get in touch with many participants.
