5th Anniversary Celebration of TCI On Friday, 25. March 2011

TCI had invited to celebrate its 5th Anniversary in Mannheim. There was a great response and interest to join this „petite“ jubilee. We were happy to welcome about 300 guests – customers, partners, consultants – to the beautifully restored rooms of the almost 300 year’s old Baroque Palace of Mannheim.

In his address of welcome Managing Director Wolfgang Schnober outlined the essence of the TCI success model „Uniting the Best of Both Worlds“: utilizing from the classical consulting organization the topical focus on core activities and the clear orientation towards skills and structured offerings – and self organizing active expert communities from freelance and social networks.

Interesting and inspiring speeches held by customers and business partners concerning various aspects of „Transformation“ assured us of optimally responding to the needs and requirements of our customers and that in such a way the success story of TCI can be continued.

Special thanks are contributed to Jürgen Schaubel, CEO and President of InMEDiG AG, who shared his experience and learnings he gained from managing several transformations, and to Prof. Dr. Volker Saile, Chief Science Officer Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), who explained not only idea and vision of the merge of University of Karlsruhe with the Karlsruhe research center but also gave insight into challenges, progress and new ideas of this world class organization. Several representatives of customers expressed in welcome speeches their satisfaction about the TCI Consultant’s contributions to their company’s progress and performance.

A vocal entertainment of Anna Krämer during the official program and a musical performance of Ten+One during dinner time in the Garden Saloon of the castle created an atmospheric and relaxed sentiment while until late in the night stimulating conversations could develop, new contacts could be created and existing ones could be intensified.
